AUSTRALIA SKILLED IMMIGRATION                                                             
The General Skilled Migration (GSM) Program is a path for skilled workers to emigrate to Australia. Candidates must meet the Basic requirements for GSM and pass the Australian immigration Points Test to qualify for a visa to move to Australia
                                                                                         
Requirements for an Australia Skilled visa:                                               


Age - you must be under 50 when you apply;

English Language - you should have sufficient ability in the English language to work in Australia (at least at a competent level) scores like 6.0 or 7.0 overall.
                                                                                               
Nominated Occupation - when you apply you nominate a skilled occupation, which fits your skills and qualifications. Your nominated occupation must be found on the Skilled Occupations List of Australia
                                                                                                       
Skills Assessment - before you apply, you must have your skills assessed by the Australian assessing authority designated to assess your nominated occupation (which will usually have specific qualifications requirements).
                                                                                                                 
Health Assessment - you should be of reasonably good health and all applicants must undergo a medical examination in the approved hospital in your country.
                                                                                                   
Character Assessment - you should be of good character and this will be assessed through a clearance certificate from police headquarter in your country.

SKILLED-NOMINATED VISA (Subclass 190)
This Visa is a categories for skilled applicants looking to emigrate to Australia who are sponsored by an Australian State or Territory.          -                                                                                              

SKILLED-INDEPENDENT VISA (Subclass 189) 
This is the most popular skilled migration Visa that is geared to skilled workers who are in high demand and do not require a state or family sponsor.

SKILLED - NOMINATED (PROVISIONAL) VISA (Subclass 489) 
It is a temporary visa for skilled migrants to live and work in a regional area of Australia through sponsorship by an Australian State or Territory.
                                                                                                             
SKILLED - SPONSORED (PROVISIONAL) VISA (Subclass 489) 
This is a temporary visa for skilled migrants to live and work in a regional area of Australia through sponsorship from a relative who lives in a  Designated Area of Australia.

SKILLED - REGIONAL VISA
This is mainly highly skilled visa applications who have the necessary education and qualifications to qualify for a Skilled - Regional Visa and willing to settle in specific states and territories.

EMPLOYER NOMINATION SCHEME (ENS)
Permanent residents entering Australia under the Employer Nomination Scheme have a job waiting for them, e.g.Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186) Visa. Alternatively, you can apply for this visa if you hold a temporary working visa, such as the Working Holiday Visa or a Student Visa. 

REGIONAL SKILLED MIGRATION SCHEME (RSMS)
The Australian Government's RSMS is limited to certain areas of Australia. It allows employers to sponsor skilled migrants for job vacancies. The Regional Skilled Migration Scheme (RSMS) allows employers in regional or low population growth areas of Australia to fill skilled positions they are unable to fill from the local labour market. Example visa under this is subclass 187 visa ,

LABOUR AGREEMENTS
It enables Australian employers to recruit a specified number of workers from overseas in response to identified skills shortages in the Australian industries. Visas granted under the labour agreement will allow for temporary entry to Australia for periods of up to four years.
